Rosston is a town in Nevada County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 265 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Hope Micropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 11.6 km² (4.5 mi²). 11.5 km² (4.4 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.45%) is water.
As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 265 people, 95 households, and 72 families residing in the town. The population density was 23.0/km² (59.5/mi²). There were 118 housing units at an average density of 10.2/km² (26.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 41.89% White, 57.74% Black or African American, 0.38% from other races. 0.38% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 95 households out of which 42.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.7% were married couples living together, 15.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.2% were non-families. 22.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.79 and the average family size was 3.28.
